TulaKin Privacy Policy

TulaKin is a family care app that helps older adults and their families keep track of medicines and everyday health readings. TulaKin is operated by Erkan Koseoglu ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@tulacura.io.

What we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, language preference. Optionally: year of birth and an emergency contact name and phone number.
• Health information you enter: blood pressure, blood oxygen and blood glucose readings; medicine names, doses, schedules and whether a dose was taken, skipped or snoozed; help requests you send to your family.
• Family sharing information: who is in your family group, their role, invitations, and the sharing permissions you grant or withdraw.
• Device registrations: the type, brand, model and reference of health devices you register in the app.
• Technical information: a push notification token for your phone, and sign-in session records (device name, expiry).

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or rent your data.

How we use it

• To provide the app: show your readings and medicine plan, send reminders and family notifications, and let you sign in.
• To share information with family members only when you allow it. You can turn sharing off at any time in the app.
• To keep the service secure, for example by keeping minimal audit records of sensitive actions. The in-app assistant works with fixed rules on our server; your messages are not sent to an external AI service and are not stored in audit records.

Legal basis (EEA/UK users)

We process health information on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Other account data is processed to perform our contract with you (providing the app).

Who processes data for us

• Hostinger – server hosting and database.
• Resend – sending sign-in and invitation emails.
• Expo, Apple (APNs) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) – delivering push notifications.

These providers only process data to deliver their service to us.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our server and protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are stored only in hashed form. Your session token on the phone is kept in the device's secure storage.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete my account). This permanently deletes your account, health records, medicine plans, sessions and family memberships; a family group with no remaining members is also deleted. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by using the app or emailing hello@tulacura.io. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

TulaKin is not intended for children under 16.

TulaKin, yaşlı bireylerin ve ailelerinin ilaçları ve günlük sağlık ölçümlerini takip etmesine yardımcı olan bir aile bakım uygulamasıdır. Uygulama Erkan Koseoglu tarafından işletilmektedir ("biz"). İletişim: hello@tulacura.io.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, görünen ad, dil tercihi. İsteğe bağlı olarak doğum yılı ile acil durum kişisinin adı ve telefonu.
• Girdiğin sağlık bilgileri: tansiyon, kandaki oksijen ve kan şekeri ölçümleri; ilaç adları, dozları, saatleri ve dozun alındı, atlandı ya da ertelendi bilgisi; ailene gönderdiğin yardım istekleri.
• Aile paylaşım bilgileri: aile grubundaki kişiler ve rolleri, davetler, verdiğin veya geri aldığın paylaşım izinleri.
• Cihaz kayıtları: uygulamada kaydettiğin sağlık cihazlarının türü, markası, modeli ve referans numarası.
• Teknik bilgiler: telefonun için bildirim anahtarı (push token) ve oturum kayıtları (cihaz adı, süre).

Reklam, analiz veya izleme aracı kullanmıyoruz. Verilerini satmıyor ve kiralamıyoruz.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

• Uygulamayı sunmak için: ölçümlerini ve ilaç planını göstermek, hatırlatma ve aile bildirimleri göndermek, giriş yapmanı sağlamak.
• Bilgilerini aile üyeleriyle yalnızca sen izin verirsen paylaşmak. Paylaşımı uygulamadan istediğin an kapatabilirsin.
• Hizmeti güvende tutmak için, örneğin hassas işlemler için asgari denetim kayıtları tutmak. Uygulama içindeki asistan sunucumuzda sabit kurallarla çalışır; mesajların harici bir yapay zekâ servisine gönderilmez ve denetim kayıtlarında saklanmaz.

Hukuki dayanak

Sağlık verilerini açık rızana dayanarak işliyoruz; rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin. Diğer hesap verileri, uygulamayı sana sunabilmek (sözleşmenin ifası) için işlenir. (KVKK m.6 ve GDPR m.9/2-a.)

Verileri bizim adımıza işleyenler

• Hostinger – sunucu ve veritabanı barındırma.
• Resend – giriş ve davet e-postalarının gönderimi.
• Expo, Apple (APNs) ve Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) – bildirimlerin iletilmesi.

Saklama ve güvenlik

Veriler sunucumuzda saklanır ve şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) korunur. Giriş anahtarları yalnızca özetlenmiş (hash) olarak tutulur. Telefondaki oturum anahtarın cihazın güvenli depolama alanında saklanır.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Verilerini hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını uygulamadan istediğin zaman silebilirsin (Hesabım → Hesabımı sil). Bu işlem hesabını, sağlık kayıtlarını, ilaç planlarını, oturumlarını ve aile üyeliklerini kalıcı olarak siler; içinde kimse kalmayan aile grubu da silinir. Yedekler 30 gün içinde üzerine yazılır.

Hakların

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma, silme ve rızanı geri alma haklarını uygulama üzerinden ya da hello@tulacura.io adresine yazarak kullanabilirsin. Ayrıca veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Çocuklar

TulaKin 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır.
